Teen Virtual Volunteer (14–17)

I am the parent or legal guardian of the teen listed above. I consent to my child participating as a remote virtual volunteer with Cobie's Cottage Senior Dog Rescue. I understand that all tasks are completed from home and involve no on-site contact with the dogs, no handling of donations or donor payment information, and no direct communication requiring travel. I authorize Cobie's Cottage to communicate with my child via email regarding their volunteer tasks and hours, and to issue a community service verification letter upon approval of logged hours.
